Description:Complete PMs of equipment focused on the electrical components but will also work with mechanical side (realigning photo eyes, cleaning machines, blowing out machines, ensuring motors are kept up)
Test and adjust equipment as needed
Repair, replace, & rewire faulty wires
Troubleshoot and repair switches, fuses, line pulleys,, sprockets, chains, bearings, pneumatics, 480V 3 phase motors, control panels, photo eyes, and VFDs
Read and interpret schematics & eleectrical diagrams for repairs.
Troubleshot equipment using PLCsSkills:Mechanical, conveyor maintenance, equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance, motors, plc troubleshooting, electrical, compressor, pneumatics, hydraulicsTop Skills Details:Mechanical,conveyor maintenance,equipment maintenance,repair,troubleshooting,Preventive maintenance,motors,plc troubleshooting,electricalAdditional Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of experience electrical maintenance focused on troubleshooting and repair within an industrial environment (manufacturing)
Must be proficient in all electrical components (motors, VFDs, photo eyes)
Must be able to read schematics & electrical diagrams to diagnose issues.
Must have basic hand tools.
Any instrumentation experience is a plus
