Looking to hire a tradesman who needs supplemental work to offset their slow times. This is not a full position.
We are a fast growing family owned business. We turn down work in a daily basis simply because we have not had any luck finding quality tradesman.
In the last week we have turned down a complete house renovation, a large deck and a large painting project and we have nobody to pass the work onto.
We are looking for guys who have their own vehicle and tools. (not a VW Jetta with a hammer and screwdriver)
This person must be able to perform the work solo or with one of our current employees.
We are looking for someone who can get a work order, go to the job, get the job done with quality, friendliness and no drama. You will be paid by the job at a very generous pay IF you can do the work without comebacks.
Also you must be reliable, presentable and willing to work.
MUST have a good attitude, willing to "Go on the books" and accept jobs as they come in. You will NOT be a subcontractor but an employee of the business with workman's compensation.
Some weeks you may work 1 day or 1 project. Other weeks you may work 4 days or 4 jobs.or one week on an entire project.
Until we find the right person(s) we will simply have to continue turning jobs away.
Looking for a drywall expert, a painting expert, a carpenter, a tile person etc and more.
Please reply with what skills you can do in your sleep without supervision. We are seeking multiple persons so that if one employee is busy we can call the next employee to see if they are available. The better you do, the nicer you are, the better quality work you do will be rewarded with more work.
We offer a laid back environment, we provide someone to be their own boss.
The better you do the more work we will send you. Please understand this position is part time or as the jobs come in and your skill set.
