We're seeking a trustworthy full-time SKILLED PAINTER / HANDYMAN to join our team.
YOU MUST have the 8 minimum requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, tools and dependable truck/van.
2. Understand proper protection of adjacent surfaces and cleaning the work area daily.
3. Know how to properly prepare the surface of any material to make ready for new coating - i.e., sanding, filling nail holes, caulking, cosmetic surface repairs, etc.
4. Able to spray, roll and efficiently cut-in with professional results.
5. Experienced in all paints, stains, sealers, polyurethane, epoxy coatings and concrete coatings.
6. Drywall repair
7. Confident to work in high places
8. Desire to teach others and also willing to learn other trades/skills
Work Mon-Thurs @ 10hrs/day with a 3 day weekend
