Brothers Windows LLC has been serving the greater Knoxville area for over 30 years. We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented, skilled individual with an excellent work ethic to join our team. The Pressure Washing Technician will be responsible for cleaning exterior surfaces of buildings, sidewalks, decks, and other structures using a pressure washing and Soft Wash system. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, this individual must have pressure washing experience and knowledge of maintenance and various techniques as well as, the ability to pull a trailer.
Responsibilities:
· Safely operate a pressure washing system to clean various exterior surfaces
· Clean sidewalks, decks, walls, roofs, and other structures to remove dirt, grime, and other build-up
· Follow safety procedures to ensure that equipment is used properly and prevent injury or damage
· Maintain the pressure washing and soft washing equipment, including performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
· Communicate with clients to determine their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
· Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements
· Participate in team meetings and provide input on new and innovative cleaning methods
Requirements:
· Proven experience Pressure Washing or Soft Washing or a similar role
· Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
· Good knowledge of equipment and maintaining it.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Ability to work in various weather conditions
· Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Starting Pay $18.00-$22.00 DOE Full-Time (Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm + Some Saturdays).
