The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and tools
Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and rooftops
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ensure high-quality work is delivered consistently
Follow safety procedures to ensure that equipment is used properly and prevent injury or damage
Communicate with clients to determine their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements
Participate in team meetings and provide input on new and innovative cleaning methods
Requirements:
Prior experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

Starting Pay $18.00-$22.00 DOE Full-Time (Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm + Some Saturdays).
