Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Tax Compliance. The position is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, 37922, United States. The key role of this job is to ensure tax compliance across multiple entities, implement new processes, and collaborate with external CPA firms. Responsibilities: Implementing and refining tax compliance processes across all entities Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws across multiple states Collaborating with external CPA firms to ensure accurate tax compliance Keeping up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to tax compliance Working with voluntary disclosure agreements to mitigate potential tax risks Implementing policies and procedures to streamline the tax department's operations Using NetSuite and other relevant software to manage and monitor tax compliance Conducting audits and maintaining documentation to ensure all entities are meeting tax compliance standards Processing annual income tax provision accurately and efficiently Implementing processes to enhance the efficiency of the tax department.For immediate consideration please contact Lisa Coker at 865-370-2084 to set up an interviewRequirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Taxation Proficiency in Annual Income Tax Provision is required Must have demonstrable skills in Auditing Compliance knowledge is a must for the role The candidate should be adept at Documentation Expertise in Corporate Tax Compliance is necessary Proficiency in Tax Compliance Processes is highly desirable Must have experience in Income Tax Compliance Familiarity with Policies & Procedures is a requirement Experience in Process Implementation is essential Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desirable for this roleMust be active CPARobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
