The eCommerce Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing customer journeys across our eCommerce platforms and third-party digital partners. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence enterprise initiatives, streamline operational initiatives, and accelerate our digital presence. You will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights to drive optimal performance, and supporting strategic projects, platform launches, and operational improvements.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOptimize customer journeys across eCommerce platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Pilot OLO, and the Pilot mobile ordering systemAssist in third-party digital platform (3PD) launchesProvide weekly reporting on 3PD performance, analyzing KPIs and insights to drive business growthSupport training initiatives, execution processes, and site managementPerform data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and scalability via guest feedbackDevelop consumer insights programs to refine strategiesOversee menu management and pricing implementationContribute to the growth strategy for Pilot Mobile Ordering
