Job Title: Certified IV Pharmacy TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Certified IV Pharmacy Technician will be PTCB or ASHP certified in the State of Tennessee.
This position is centered around sterile compounding (IV)
End users are IV patients and specialty medication.
No patients come to the pharmacy location directly.
The CPht will fill prescriptions, issue IVs, and maintain drug inventory.
Hard Skills
Sterile compounding experience (home health or hospital only)
PTCB Certification
State of TN license
