What You’ll Do:
Oversee sales representatives and ensure assignments are completed on time.
Coordinate with independent contractors for satellite installations across the country.
Provide verbal assistance to contractors in the field if they encounter issues on-site.
Monitor and manage customer interactions using CRM tools like HubSpot.
Maintain clear communication between the sales team, contractors, and company leadership.
Contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with CRM tools.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with contractors and sales reps effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage your time independently.
Availability to work 8 hours/day, 5 days a week with occasional flexibility as needed.
Problem-solving abilities to address issues quickly and efficiently.
Previous experience in operations, team management, or contractor coordination is a plus.
Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the phone.
