Project Manager
We are fast growing, home remodeling company with 8 employees in need of a project manager. We are looking for someone with management/business ownership experience in home remodeling.
This person must understand the in’s and out’s of interior and exterior home remodeling with past experience doing the work.
We install kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, tile work etc. We work in the entire Knoxville area. From Harriman to Maryville to Gatlinburg to Morristown and Sharps Chapel. Please be willing to travel to these areas.
Duties include:
-Working with the homeowner before during and after the project.
-Meeting the customer and going over the scope of work
-Keeping good notes and documentation on each project
-Solving problems which arise on the job site and coming up with a solution to keep the project going smoothly.
-Picking up and delivering materials to the job site
-Working the the owner and employees on each project to be sure quality and profitability is maintained
-Managing multiple project at a time
-Working with subcontractors to be sure the project runs smoothly
-You must be a good communicator and VERY organized.
Requirements:
-A pick up truck and some basic tools
-Presentable, speak english and knowledgable/friendly.
-Must be able to tow and back up a cargo and dump trailer
-Computer literate
-2+ years as a business owner in home improvement or 2+ years working as a project manager in home improvement.

Salary:
-$65,000-$70,000 base salary/Annual. Production bonuses and 401k company match.
