Implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings
Implement and follow the 5s lean method
Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
Support the Management System
Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensures labor map adherence.
Experience in leading root cause analysis
Pay: $68,000- $70,000/ yrCompany Benefits:
