Responsible for timely attendance and participating in all required meetings, such as MDI meetings, etc.

Perform cartoning, auto-bagging, pouching, uniting, assembling and other tasks associated with Final Processing activities as assigned.

Read, understand and follow all work instructions and packaging standards.

Meet or exceed the daily production requirements for each workstation. Desired productivity rates should gradually increase from 70% - >90% as you understand, learn and grow within Final Processing.

Adhere to all quality standards, Participate in quality initiatives as required.

Participate in manufacturing initiatives as required.

Take direction from Manufacturing Production Leads, Supervisor or Manager as required.

Complete assigned trainings ahead of deadlines.

Clock on/off operations in company tracking platforms.

Perform any other necessary task that contributes to the flow of raw material, WIP, and finished goods throughout the shop floor.

High school diploma or GED preferred

Related work experience preferred
