Ensure that there is enough product in the department to complete the regularly scheduled assembly goals on all shifts

Work with the distribution team on discrepancies on materials delivered

Responsible for shift hand off and communication with peers on assemblies and training

Obtain and execute to the assembly schedule

Partner with other Manufacturing Process Leads and/or Production Managers to coordinate resources in the area based on production schedule and standards, troubleshooting schedule changes throughout the shift

Understand hourly attainment of responsible areas and execute to the assembly requirements

Be the first line of defense for identifying issues including, but not limited to, equipment, quality and process issues associated with assemblies

Build/operate in production to meet production pace requirements (up to 50% of time)

Expose and document problems through the Managing for Daily Improvement process

What you need:

5 years of experience required, including manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience.

Prior experience working off work instructions and contracts within in a regulatory environment preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associates Degree preferred.
