Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Project ManagementLead and manage the end-to-end creative process for channel marketing assets. Develop project timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials.Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, ensuring clear communication between creative and channel marketing teams.2. Budget Ownership & ManagementOwn and manage the channel marketing budget, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Partner with finance to approve budgets, process, manage vendor payments, and forecast expenses.Analyze budget utilization and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising marketing impact.Provide regular budget reporting and insights to key stakeholders.3.
