Chakraya promises to be a culinary gem, offering a vibrant menu brimming with authentic Sri Lankan flavors.As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating an unforgettable dining experience, overseeing daily operations, and leading a passionate team to deliver outstanding service. From curating staff training to ensuring every guest is wowed by our authentic Sri Lankan flavors, your leadership will be key to our success. If you're ready to take the reins, ignite a vibrant atmosphere, and be part of something truly special, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities Include:Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and barManaging the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and barDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clientsManaging, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintainedWork closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for ChakrayaRoster according to department needsCreate budgets and monitor financial performance of the restaurant. Annual salary: $73,347.50 plus super.
