Key ActivitiesExtrapolation  Support set-up and maintenance post universe count and sampling including new features, channels etc. Troubleshooting on representation should issues arise during the course of the year  Proper tracking documents for all production steps New projects:  Support on universe definitions and sample design when required  Data accuracy:  Ensures that the data-in procedures are effective and used  Ensures data consistency by applying global standards to local specific issues such as wholesale data in retail. QC/Central quality reporting: Proactively monitor trended data (using control charts) and advise on corrections  General support on Client data queries  Support in driving Global quality initiatives  Ensure that the central quality standards are followed
