Junior Business Analyst - Africa

The Junior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the SA Operations Teams in analyzing and optimizing the operational aspects of the AECOM SA business. This position involves a variety of responsibilities to drive operational excellence, including resource planning meetings, project reviews, reporting and ad-hoc project support. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for performing analyses and reports under direct supervision. Analysis of monthly Business forecasts and updates. Assist in preparation of various business reports and presentations. Assist with monthly resource supply and demand forecasts and reporting. Manage inputs into the project pipeline and Estimate To Completion (ETC) files. Attend project reviews to assess project status and ensure backlog information is modelled and analyzed accurately. Support Operations Team Lead with data analysis for the Monthly Operations Review.Participate and contribute in any other ad-hoc task that may be identified to drive improved business reporting and operational performance.
