Data Analyst - Specialized Claims

The purpose of the role is to provide OUT with the tools and insights we need to enable execution on strategy. This analyst will work alongside a Support team to service various departments such asLegalClaims and InvestigationsKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain management reports/dashboards (SQL, Visual Studio and Power BI)Build and maintain cube models (Power BI/Excel PowerPivot/Analysis services)Assist with once-off data analyses and queries relating to Investigations and LegalBuild and maintain internal data-driven automations (SQL/internally developed apps)Document and formalise key data processes and models to ensure a robust data analytics frameworkBuild, maintain and improve models to support business objectives including:Work allocation modelsSupporting the team with performance management modelsStaff projectionsAudit modelsAssist stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
