Provide Superannuation education and training to our members.Experience delivering Superannuation education, partner presentations, and virtually to small and large groups.Regional NSW travel required. To put it simply we want our people to thrive and love the work they do.As a Superannuation Consultant (Superannuation Education), your role is vital in providing member education and general advice on a wide range of topics. Your primary objective is to enhance member engagement, outcomes, and product utilisation and retention, leading to the growth of our membership base.You will work closely with members, employers, advisers, unions, and strategic partners to effectively deliver and promote the Fund's product and service offerings.Responsibilities:Engage with members and employees in person and virtually to address factual and general inquiries about Rest's products, superannuation, and retirement solutions.Identify members in need of personalised advice and refer them to the appropriate Rest Advice channels for further support.Conduct presentations at member, employer, union, and partner seminars, both in person and virtually, focusing on topics that are easy to understand and relate to Rest's solutions and services.Deliver high-quality and engaging virtual or pre-recorded seminars to a diverse audience covering various subjects.Collaborate with employers and support new staff during the onboarding process as required. This may involve delivering short presentations during group inductions, attending employee expos, and assisting new staff in understanding application options.Promote the advantages of Rest's online capabilities to members, such as our website and Rest App.Foster stronger relationships with clients based on workplace strategies by advocating for our partners or directly for members.Maintain strong connections with Rest staff and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of expertise.Superannuation Consultants may need to deliver education seminars outside regular business hours, including occasional weekends and in regional areas.
