The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, project delivery, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects and operations, including solution design, project deployment, and operational transition.Team Leadership: Manage, guide, train, and mentor the infrastructure and end-user support team to drive operational excellence and performance.Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to operational implementation. Drive business requirements and objectives into actionable IT deliverables.Service Management: Ensure adherence to ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management.Vendor Management: Oversee local Infrastructure and Support suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure meets global security standards and complies with both business and contractual requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with strategic objectives, while fostering strong communication and engagement with regional IT teams.
