Finance Business Analyst - TV

We have an exciting, fast-paced opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst to join Nine’s Total Television & Radio business partnering team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving financial analysis and business strategy across Linear TV, 9Now, and Radio, providing insights into financial performance, and optimising financial operations to support Nine’s goals. You will also support month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow modelling, and ad hoc business partnering requests.Day to day you will:Analyse business performance trends & drivers to understand department costs and provide insights into variances between forecast, budget and prior yearPartner with management on strategic decisions and provide financial modelling & analysis to advise on key decisions and initiativesCollaborate with the business & finance teams to prepare department forecasts Assist in the annual budget process and consolidation of the Total TV budget deliverables, 5 year plan target tracking and CFO reporting requirements/deliverablesProvide input into the monthly cashflow modellingLeverage the financial system to enhance management reporting and streamline processesPrepare reporting and workpapers for external stakeholders & auditorsPrepare adhoc analysis and reporting as required by the Total TV & Radio business partnering function
