Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist to support the Strategy & Integration Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.The Strategy & Integration team is looking for qualified project managers to help our Fulfillment organization, internal and external customers move into the next era of innovation that will streamline how we manage material flow while keeping us ahead of program requirements of our internal supply chain organization. Successful candidates will have well defined knowledge of project management principles and show a proven history of successful project completion from simple to very complex projects. Candidate will work with every organization at Boeing South Carolina and partner with them in different phases of each project. Candidates are expected to manage their projects from concept to completion with a high focus on serving the customers and the business deliverables they support.Position Responsibilities :

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

3+ years’ experience working in a cross functional environment

3+ years of experience collaborating with senior leadership

3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high-level projects for Executives or Senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Master’s Degree or higher

PMP certification

3+ years of experience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
