We are looking to add a licensed S.C. real estate agent to our growing family of realtors. If you are looking for an office that will serve YOU and help you reach all your real estate business needs, then look no further. We are interested in promoting YOU and helping YOU achieve YOUR goals at a reasonable pace that suits YOU! We can slow it down, or speed it up depending on YOUR comfort level. We can dive in, explore, and unpack an array of real estate topics that may have "bamboozled" you in the past. We love real estate law, contracts, and problem solving. We have a passion for "clearing up the muddy waters" for YOU and have lots of experience doing so!
Brittany Foy & Associates will surround you with proven real estate success strategies. We offer 100% voluntary daily, weekly, and monthly training depending on how busy you would like to be and what your personal schedule looks like. You WILL NOT be required to be at any trainings, but trainings are available, anytime, around the clock, at your convenience. We have classrooms online, in the cloud, in person, over text or email, whatever you need!
We also offer round the clock administrative support for all your contracts! Simply get the offer over to us and we will do all the scheduling and hard work for you!
We also offer IT support, marketing muscle (YOUR NAME in LIGHTS), and quality lead generation programs to help grow your business as well as ISA's to nurture your warm leads into hot ones so you can focus on closing your deals!
We have been in the business for 10+ years, but our production has increased significantly over the past several years placing us in the top 1% of Myrtle Beach Realtors. (Out of 5,000+ Realtors) We have more quality lead sources now than ever before and we need an agent who doesn't mind showing & listing properties and getting paid a nice commission check! We like to keep it super simple for YOU and only focus on the things that get YOU from the contract offer to the closing table! We also do business in North & South Carolina if you are interested in one or both states! We can help you get licensed in either one!
