The homes are relatively new builds. $400 lease fee per leased unit. Lease fees are paid after the resident moves in.
We are looking for a hungry agent that will be actively showing and marketing the homes to help get leases. This might involve posting social media ads and listing on MLS.
Our team assists with applicant issues, questions, and approvals etc. Your main job would be to go and show!
