Sellers Choice Real Estate has one full time position at our new Conway office. It is a full time job, 9-5 m-f , and occasionally weekends when needed for appointments. Job description: list and sell properties, assist in the office, answering the phone and working on mass mailings as needed.
The job pays a base salary of $1,600 a month plus commission. The agent gets 70% of the commission on the selling side (buyer agent). On the listing side, we pay a flat fee based on the sales price. We will be expecting the agent to close 30 to 60 listing side transactions a year. We supply all listing leads.
Candidate must have,
Current SC real estate saleman license
Experience listing and selling real estate.
Good speaking skills and a professional, marketable appearance.
Must have good (newer) transportation and be willing to drive as needed.
