Salesforce Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our growing consulting customer team. This role will be critical in helping our clients with transformation projects across various industries. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client business objectives, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and shaping Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable value. You will work closely with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and apply critical thinking to solve complex business challenges.This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating new customer experiences that can be enabled by digital technologies like Salesforce. You will need a good understanding of Salesforce capabilities to advise clients on how they can leverage the platform to achieve their business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and industry context.Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, identify process optimizations, and define value cases.Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions and overcome challenges.Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.Translate business needs into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions while maintaining platform best practices.Work in Agile delivery environments, defining and grooming product backlog, collaborating with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.Provide insights on Salesforce innovations and industry trends, advising clients on how to maximize their investment in the platform.Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.Design and prepare client demos to showcase platform capabilities in the client context.
