Associate Procurement Manager

We are looking for an Associate Procurement Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will implement procurement strategies assisting with procurement initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier management. This entry-level role focuses on building foundational procurement skills and contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes. As an Associate Procurement Manager, you will implement developed procurement initiatives & strategies, review SOWs and Change Requests based on negotiated rates and templates and maintain supplier relationships. This position involves operational and administrative responsibilities and offers the opportunity to build a stronger foundation in procurement practices and processes.As Associate Procurement Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:Operational and Administrative SupportImplement category strategies from negotiated RFx’s procurement projects, including supporting RFx processes and supplier evaluationsDraft, review, and redline simple contracts, including SOWs, amendments, and NDAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with templatesManage intake forms, reporting metrics, and approval workflows within SAP Ariba to ensure efficient operationsSupplier ManagementSupport supplier performance reviews by gathering metrics and tracking progress against defined objectivesCoordinate supplier evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovationProcess ImprovementIdentify and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of procurement operationsEnsure all required documentation and workflows are completed accurately and on timeCollaboration and CommunicationWork closely with procurement managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement goalsServe as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to support smooth and effective communication
