Senior Manager, Real Estate – Facilities Management & Construction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Real Estate – Facilities Management & Construction to join our growing team! In this position you will lead the team that takes care of our properties across 20 states. In this role, you will report to the Director, Real Estate. You will lead a team that maintains and enhances our facilities for the benefit of our operations teams while also meeting financial objectives. You will work closely with the Director, Real Estate, regional business unit leaders and staff, and with external clients and vendors.In this position, you will be responsible for establishing standards and processes that reflect “best in class” practices and for understanding and forecasting facilities operational and business needs. You will apply a strong facilities management acumen, creativity, and proven skillset to solving problems, creating solutions, and designing processes that are consistent, practical, and scalable.As a Senior Manager, Real Estate - Facilities Management & Construction, your duties and responsibilities will include: Manage 8-10 direct reports primarily Facilities Managers which are assigned a territory of about 1 million square feet eachCapital project planning and managementFacilities management processesBuilding operating standardsLeading mechanical systems repair and replacementVendor program and contract managementOperating and capital budget preparationOperating and capital expense managementKPI/trend report review and variance analysis
