Elite residential property maintenance and caretaking company seeking seasoned caretaker / property maintenance manager / handyman. Job duties include weekly inspections of unoccupied homes, maintenance work and repairs: light carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, trade coordination for specialized and/or preventative maintenance, owner communications. Full time hourly position to start with possibility of salaried position including simple IRA retirement benefits. Candidate will be highly organized, self starting, a team player, and highly communicative with leadership qualities to manage and train helper(s).
