ClimateMakers is a Charleston based mechanical contractor providing residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing service to our Low Country communities for 20 years.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee our HVAC team and ensure the efficient operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and mechanics - Schedule and assign work orders to ensure timely completion of projects - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards - Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing guidance and support to technicians as needed - Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment - Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and parts - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems - Train and mentor HVAC technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R field - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment - Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred Skills: - Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Proficient in using tools and equipment for equipment repair and maintenance Join our team as an HVAC Supervisor and contribute to the success of our organization. Pay: $83,200.00 - $93,600.00 per year
