## Position: Personal Assistant (25 hours/week)
Location: Mount Pleasant, South Carolina
Schedule: Part-time (25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

## About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to work Monday through Thursday (25 hours/week) managing diverse projects across our household and four business verticals (health, real estate, online, and personal). The ideal candidate thrives when given autonomy, can achieve measurable results with minimal direction, and excels at both administrative tasks and project management.
## Work Schedule
- Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (6.25 hours per day)
- Daily Check-ins:
- Morning meeting: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- Afternoon meeting: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- Each week includes dedicated time for tasks across all four business verticals
## Key Responsibilities
- Household Management:
- File and process insurance claims for real estate properties
- Research, interview, and hire household staff (housekeepers, etc.)
- Coordinate and oversee home improvement contractors
- Manage remote contractors for accounting and bookkeeping
- Multi-Business Support:
- Assist with growth initiatives across four business verticals:
- Health business
- Real estate operations
- Online business
- Personal business ventures
- Complete weekly tasks to support growth in each vertical
- Project Management:
- Support a growing business with extensive travel requirements
- Assist with social media management and customer acquisition
- Help a startup business meet critical filing deadlines
- Coordinate with legal professionals as needed
- Administrative Tasks:
- Research and secure cost-effective travel arrangements
- Prepare and manage documentation for legal and insurance matters
- Develop and maintain organizational systems
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or administrative support
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with contractors and service providers
- Self-directed problem-solver who can work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented approach to paperwork and documentation
- Experience with legal, insurance, or real estate documentation preferred
- Social media management skills a plus

## Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate of $25-35/hour based on experience and qualifications
- Option for either W-2 employment or 1099 contractor status
- Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule (25 hours total per week)
