We need an Admin Assistant ASAP. Essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. The hourly rate will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Assist with answering all incoming phone calls. Your role is typically the first contact and first impression that is made with our customers. We encourage positive and caring interaction between our team and our customers.
Collect all necessary information and direct our customer or vendor to the proper department.
Provide support for the Sales, Service and Production Departments.
Provide support for the Dispatching Coordinator by contacting existing or soon to be customers for scheduling purposes.
Filing Vendor Invoices and Customer Work orders as required.
Assist the accounting department with purchase order and customer work order processing.
Assist with our Marketing Program, including maintaining customer mailing lists, email address files, and monthly promotion calendar.
Cross-training between departments will be provided.
