Executive Personal Assistant to Real Estate Brokerage Founder

We are seeking a highly organized, forward-thinking, support-driven Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy commercial real estate CEO with his brokerage firm and investment companies in Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be someone who can drive company initiatives and support a busy executive.

Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in an operations or support/assistant role Experience supporting an entrepreneur is highly desirable.

- Highly resourceful and organized team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive and efficient

- Strong written and verbal communications

- Ability to prioritize workload and competing deadlines

- Energized by a changing environment/priorities, time-sensitive tasks, and multiple demands

- Ability to travel with executive, if needed

- Tech savvy and experience with standard platforms (e.g. Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Docusign, Salesforce CRM databases and research tools)

- Experience in Adobe and Photoshop is a plus

- Experience with Executive email management

Responsibilities:

- Manage schedule and meeting coordination for CEO

- Assist CEO in operational and administrative duties supporting key initiatives including office growth and expansion

- Create, edit and finalize presentations and meeting preparation

- Work with PA to coordinate travel and logistics for CEO

- Coordinating off-site company events

- Assist with incoming and outgoing communication - listen to voice messages and answer/respond to inquiries on behalf of CEO

- Handle the CEO's email account Being a proxy in meetings, and can interface with clients

- Organize and disseminate meeting notes and action items to key stakeholders following meetings

- Act as project manager for special projects assigned by CEO

- Ongoing administrative duties include but not limited to scanning and filing documents, organizing and maintaining client and project folders, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Hours: Full-time business hours, with flexibility

Compensation: $60-80K base depending on experience, plus benefits stipend, vacation days, paid holidays, and personal days
