We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and technical expertise. We are currently expanding into the HVAC Field and to support our growing operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle a variety of tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and managing administrative duties such as filing paperwork and processing warranty information. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for technicians based on availability and client needs.
Dispatch technicians to service calls and provide them with the necessary details to complete their tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and job status in our system.
Assist with filing paperwork, processing warranty information, and managing customer accounts.
Handle customer complaints or issues, and escalate them to management when necessary.
Support the office manager and team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on completed jobs and gathering feedback.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-based industry (experience in electrical contracting or related field is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
