Job Summary

The Compliance Administrative Assistant plays a vital role by supporting all aspects and functions relating to company Compliance goals . The key responsibilities of the position is to work closely with the Compliance and Operational teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Compliance Administrative Assistant has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Enter and manage background check process for all locations as needed

· Assist with research & maintaining business licenses, occupational licenses

· Assist with the auditing of our independent subcontractor compliance including but not limited to background checks, installer agreements, certificates of insurance, W9, and licensing status.

· Performs compliance-related administrative support such as data entry, filing paperwork, preparing compliance audit reports, updating company recruiting database, and handling phone and email

correspondence as needed.

· Could be requested to assist with the research and retrieving of documents and updating database, and

handling phone and email correspondence.

· Other assigned duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher

· Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Detail-Oriented and highly organized

· Proficient in the use of MAC computers, including database software, document management and

Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment

· Self-motivated

Other Requirements

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver's license

Work Environment

· Warehouse and office environment
