Position: Administrative Support Clerk: Downtown Charleston: Law firm with five to ten attorneys
Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to provide essential support to our legal assistants for immediate hire. The position offers flexible hours between 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Document retention: Organizing, scanning, and maintaining stored client documents and files
Preparing documents for mailings
Provide backup support to the receptionist
Assisting with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and WordPerfect
Strong Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Professional appearance and character
Must have valid driver's license
Must have a reliable vehicle.
