Administrative Assistant Mission:

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company's general administrative activities.

What the day-to-day will look like:

As the Assistant Admin at New Beginnings Construction, your daily tasks involve answering inbound calls, connecting with NBC team members, and managing written communication such as emails, memos, and letters. You'll contribute to report preparation, updating, and organizing essential office documents, including contractor and vendor contacts. Additionally, you'll handle office supply orders, research deals, and suppliers, and perform data entry for daily, weekly, and monthly expenses. Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external clients, your role ensures smooth administrative operations, promoting efficiency and effective communication within the company.

Experience required:

- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced computer skills
