FULL TIME position.

This role will require the candidate to possess the ability to assist management, our service department and field personnel with multiple tasks daily in a professional and positive manner.

Team Member Responsibilities:
Provide support to our scheduling coordinator, parts requisition department and service manager. This will include, along with other tasks not listed, direct communication with our clients and service team members.
Job Requirements:
Full time attendance and punctuality.
Prior administrative experience.
Previous HVAC / Plumbing service company experience is a plus.
Ability to work with Microsoft Word / Excel.
