Marbled & Fin, the ambitious new concept opening June 2024 in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors; polished, progressive menus with options to delight every diner; and, above all, an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality. The atmosphere is modern and elevated without feeling exclusive, creating a celebratory and lively backdrop that breaks the mold of traditional steakhouse dining.

The Sous Chef is:

Experienced, preferably 3+ years cooking experience in an upscale restaurant

Detail-oriented and thrives in a meticulous environment

Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff

Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
