You will support the Executive Chef with the management of daily kitchen operations, restaurant prep, receiving, ordering, and production. The Kitchen Manager is:
Experienced, minimum 2 years cooking experience in a restaurant utilizing premium ingredients
Detail-oriented and thrives in a energetic environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
