POSITION DETAILS

Recipients of the Grill 225 host position will be tasked with initially greeting and seating lunch and dinner guests. Working closely with Grill 225 food and beverage management, hosts efficiently manage restaurant seating throughout the lunch and dinner hours. Confident, intelligent, and quick-minded problem solvers, ideal candidates will benefit from our high-end guest service culture, fostering both professional and personal growth.

Recipients of this host position will have a sincere desire to be guest-focused, with a commitment to please and exceed guest expectations. Candidates must be caring, friendly, and hospitable, ensuring positive and memorable interactions with each guest.

RECIPIENTS OF THIS HOST POSITION WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING

1. Seat the Grill 225 dining room during the dinner hour.

2. Collaborate daily with food and beverage management.

3. Efficiently seat dining guests and assign tables to service staff members.

4. Assist in planning seating arrangements for lunch and dinner service.

5. Manage new dining reservations calls and confirm arrivals by phone.

6. Assist in managing and updating guest data records in our software system.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Recipients of this position must have an established work record, demonstrating the ability to hold a position with a previous employer for at least 1 full year. Discipline to accept detailed structures, protocols, and procedures ensuring quality guest interactions is essential. Guest services-driven, detail-oriented, warm, and amiable candidates with a keen attention to detail are sought after.

COMPENSATION

Dining Host pay ranges from $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on the candidate's previous experience.
