Baker & Brewer, one of Charleston’s newest breweries is hiring. We need to fill a few positions…
We are a one year old, restaurant-brewery and are hiring a head chef. Experience in management, understanding dough, and a good work ethic are all must haves. The menu has lots of room for growth.
There is also an opportunity for a head baker or pastry chef. This is a new position for us and we are open to ideas and influences from a qualified candidate.
Finally, we are always on the hunt for a pizza cook or prep/line cook looking to learn pizza. Ideal candidate has experience with a wood fired oven or has a burning desire to learn how to use a wood fired oven.
