The ideal candidate combines deep Genesys platform expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based contact center solutionsDevelop and maintain Architect flows, IVRs, call routing, and system integrationsConduct discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical designsOversee migrations from legacy platforms to Genesys CloudTroubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performanceDeliver technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessionsCollaborate with stakeholders and lead project status communications
