Duties include: design detailed conceptual models for analysis and project development supporting high value initiatives to delivery CVS products and services; develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish team assignments;provide guidance and direction to external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and matrixed staff to ensure successful functioning of corporate initiatives; analyze collected data and transfer knowledge, best practices, methodology, and tools to client organizations; confer with personnel at varying levels of the organization to facilitate initiatives; lead management initiatives including business process, enterprise business project management, financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management; prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational redesign to implement cross-functional large-scale change in complex healthcare organizations; utilize healthcare management expertise to analyze information and develop effective business solutions; plan andoversee new initiatives that address the needs identified in the organization; and analyze whether business results align with company goals and report on the effectiveness of solutions developed by the team.Telecommuting available. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Health Care Policy and Management, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Data analysis for health care industry, products, or systems; Business process design including analyzing current business processes and interviewing stakeholders to identifying gaps and process improvement initiatives, and formulating actionable roadmaps; Portfolio and project management, including defining the technical scope for projects,long-term business strategy, timeline for task completion, and assigning resources to meet targets; Building estimation and pricing models to predict effort and cost requirements for new project proposals; Leadership of team and meetings addressing analysis and remediation of business issues; Financial and economic modeling; and MS Excel, including writing advanced excelformulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting. Pay Range: $120100.00/year to $162700.00/year.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$79,200.00 - $174,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
