To help us achieve this goal we are looking for innovative team members who think big and push boundaries to drive results.In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Store-Experience, this role will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience at CVS Health Hub locations. The Manager will play a key role in helping build the long term strategy for the Health Hub store experience and ensuring those strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget. Working closely with the Sr. Manager and business partners across the organization, the Manager will specifically be responsible for the following: Partner with the Sr. Manager in developing the Health Hub store experience strategy by preparing competitive analysis, field research, leveraging analytics to recommend next steps, and putting together materials to communicate strategy to both internal and external partners. Responsible for managing all aspects of the creative development for all Health Hub signage elements. This includes, briefing in the strategy for all of the physical décor and signage elements ensuring all elements are consumer centric and solving a consumer need while aligning to the overarching Health Hub strategy. Signage strategy should be specific to unique Health Hub “flavors” to deliver a localized message to a specific audience. Must deliver work on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy Responsible for ensuring all signage elements adhere to best practices for in-store messaging and creative. Signage elements include but are not limited to Exterior Signage, Wall Graphics, Trend Caps, End Caps, POG signage, and marketing signage Responsible for managing the creative approval process with merchandising, pharmacy and Minute Clinic business team, marketing and legal for all Health Hub signage elements This role will be the primary day to day contact for any external vendors that work on in-store décor signage as it relates to Health Hub locations. This will include managing weekly status calls, briefing in vendors for creative needs, ideating on new solutions to ensure an optimal customer experience, managing budget, invoices/ payments and elevating any vendor issues to Sr. Manager or Sr. Director as needed Develop and manage the field communication strategy to ensure all field leaders and store personnel are informed and educated on the in-store deliverables at their specific Health Hub location Is the CVS subject matter expert and lead contact for cross-functional teams for all Health Hub in-store décor and signage inquires as it relates to the development, execution and installation Manage invoice and PO process through internal CVS systems ensuring all budget requirements are managed timely and accurately in compliance with CVS processes Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with Business Partners across the organization closely partnering with marketing, creative, merchandising, pharmacy & Minute Clinic business teams, procurement, operations, in-store design and the field Apply ‘lessons learned’ and continuously improve the way that work is developed and delivered, providing feedback and implementing changes to optimize internal processes Act as an independent self-starter and anticipate requests to properly execute projects and initiatives Be able to negotiate compromises, have difficult conversations, and manage up/across/down within and across teams in a positive and collaborative spirit This role will have one direct report, Consultant – Store Experience A deep knowledge of project management, as well as organization, time management and a positive, can-do attitude are key to this role Must enjoy working at a fast pace and cope well under pressure.
