We are a local swimming pool service company (30+ years in business) in Cranston looking to fill an office admin position. The position would be full time from now through the end of September.
Job responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, returning calls, filing, billing, and data entry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, and Word) and Quickbooks are a plus, but we are willing to train any and all aspects of the job.
Office setting is small / casual and all dealings with customers are handled over the phone/email. We are looking to hire someone who is capable of working well with a small team as well as independently, without direct supervision.
