Timber Creek RV is looking for a Maintenance person for the season. The 5 main duties of the maintenance person is:
1.) Daily cleaning and testing of our 2-swimming pools. (Training is provided)
2.) Daily trash pick up. ( We use RTV's and pick up resident trash daily and public space trash.)
3.) Daily cleaning of our 3 bath houses.
4.) Daily inspections, cleaning and light repairs on park amenities such as- horse shoe pits, bocce court, and the rec center.
5.) Daily maintenance work orders completed and communicated. ( Communicate with residents, management and 3rd party service vendors if necessary.)
We do very limited electrical, plumbing and carpentry!
Other jobs completed by maintenance- road pot hole repair, change light bulbs in public spaces, assist activities when needed (such as assisting with our swan boats.) Clean the playground, and make notes on potential issues or dangers inside the park.
You must be able to work independently, as only one maintenance person is on per shift.
This is a seasonal position for 2024 but for the right candidate, this can turn into a full time, all year position with benefits.
