Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Line Cook, Chef De Partie, Pastry Chef De Partie, Dining Room Supervisor, Server, Catering Bartender, Catering Server, Busser, Food Runner, Host, Line Cook, Banquet Utility Worker, Cocktail Server, Captain, Gate Attendant, Reservation and Front Desk Attendant, Shuttle Driver, Room Service Server, Valet Supervisor, and Recreation Staff to join the team.

About the Position:
Line Cook: In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for customers. $20-$23/Hour
Chef De Partie: The Fine Dining Chef de Partie will be responsible for daily prep and production of items within the kitchen. This is a 50-hour workweek schedule. This position reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef on duty. $22-25/Hour
Pastry Chef De Partie: In the Pastry Chef de Partie role, you are responsible for daily coordination of all baking and pastry production, ordering and organization. $22-$25/Hour!
Dining Room Supervisor: The Dining Room supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management team by overseeing and leading the daily restaurant operations. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the overall service quality of the restaurant by providing technical support to the team and ensuring a quality guest experience. $24-$22/Hour
Server: In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. $40-$50/Hour!
Catering Bartender: In the Catering Bartender role, you will be mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons during banquet events. $20-$22/Hour!
Catering Server: In the Catering Server role, you will serve patrons food and beverages during banquet events. $20-$22/Hour!
Busser: In the Busser role, you will be contributing to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food. $18-$25/Hour!
Food Runner: In the Food Runner role, you will be calling out and verifying food orders in the restaurant, while also Assisting with delivery of food (or beverage when necessary) to guests. $18-$25/Hour!
Host: In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service. $20-$22/Hour!
Line Cook: In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for customers.
Banquet Utility Worker: We are creating one great team that will work together to set up & serve highly customized special event throughout the season beginning in April and working through early November. Our events are mostly weddings, making the bulk of our business weekend evenings. $20-$22/Hour!
Cocktail Server: In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. $30-$40/Hour
Captain: In the Aurelia Captain Role, you will provide high-quality customer service to our dining room guests. $35-$45/Hour!
Gate Attendant: In the Gate Attendant role, you greet guests cordially, direct guests correctly, advise the front desk/bell staff of guest arrival, maintain secure presence at the entrance to the property, maintain constant radio communication with all Front of the House Departments. $18/Hour!
Reservation and Front Desk Attendant: In the Reservation/Front Desk Agent role, you are the primary point of contact for our guests and handle all stages of a guest’s stay from arrival to departure. $22/Hour!
Shuttle Driver: In the Shuttle Driver role, you will be responsible for transporting guests and employees back and forth to downtown Newport. Typical shifts will range from 7:00AM-2:00PM and 2:00PM-9:00PM. $21/Hour!
Room Service Server: In the Room Service Server role, you will be preparing orders, setting trays, and delivering items to guests in our 33-room Inn. The position pays $18/hour plus tips on deliveries. There will be a consistent weekly set schedule. Looking to hire part-time or full-time. $18-$50/Hour!
Valet Supervisor: The Valet Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the valet staff to meet the needs of the Inn as a whole. Must be able to drive stick shift. $18/Hour!
Recreation Staff: In the Recreation Staff role, you will coordinate activities of recreation services. Lead guest activities, and will greet and direct guests cordially. $16/Hour!
