These positions will be year-round as we expand our operations. Seasonal and part-time workers are also welcome to apply.
1. Line Cooks:
Location: Dune Brothers Seafood, Providence, RI
Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus tips
Start Date: Mid-March
Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation and cooking duties according to established recipes and quality standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.
Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes. Knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques is a plus.
2. Morning Dishwasher/Prep:
Location: Dune Brothers Seafood, Providence, RI
Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus tips
Start Date: Mid-March
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate sanitation methods.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as cutting vegetables and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
Support the kitchen team as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
