Seeking motivated individuals to add to our kitchen. We have a part-time breakfast/lunch cook and a part-time dishwasher position available. Must have weekend availability from 8am to 4pm. Experience of 2 years of cooking breakfast is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Some qualifications include, but are not limited to being able to lift 50lbs, attention to detail, being able maintain a clean and sanitary work station. The cook position requires the ability to communicate and read tickets. Knowledgeable in seasoning and cooking food items to the correct temperatures. The position will require the breaking down and cleaning equipment and resetting of the station. There is also some food preparation and restocking the kitchen for the next service. The dishwasher position will require cleaning of all dish-ware, containers, utensils, etc. Everyone Must be able to maintain a clean work area and ensure the proper amounts of soaps, detergents, and sanitizer are being used correctly throughout the shift. Cleaning of all floor mats and proper disposal of all trash and boxes. In addition to sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Pay requirements for the position’s are negotiable.
